Sports Leaders
Sport develops young leaders who excel in skills such as organisation, communication, decision-making and teamwork and who bring these attributes into their school communities. They become rounded individuals with the confidence, self-esteem, responsibility, respect for others to be role models for a healthy, active lifestyle. NPCAT Sport has developed a unique leadership programme to nurture all these positive qualities and help our pupils make the most of their natural talents and abilities.
NPCAT Leadership Passport
The NPCAT Leadership Passport is our way of recognising and rewarding pupils’ leadership skills. The Passport has Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond levels and offers an excellent incentive for personal development through completion of tasks based on the 6 Cs:
- Communication
- Collaboration
- Creativity
- Clubs
- Competition
- Challenge
Sports Leaders are awarded with special certificates to recognise their achievement.
